Remarketing means reaching out to users who have showed interest in your products or services. It is reaching out to a person who have seen your ad, have done some interaction and have visited your business page.

Remarketing in Google Ads means targeting the customers who visited your website but did not complete the purchase, or your desired goal so those customers can be targetted again through display/video advertisements.

Remarketing is a method of showing ads to people who have already visited your sites. Google places cookies on web browsers that is later used to identify the users although no personal information involved. You can create remarketing lists ( audiences) in Google AdWords or analytics based on the criteria you specify.
