The only technical difference between the two is that a nofollow link has a nofollow tag. As a user, it's impossible to tell the difference between a nofollow and dofollow link. ... However, they ONLY count dofollow links in their algorithm. In fact, according to Google, nofollow links don't pass any PageRank.

Nofollow links attributes do not allow all search engine. That means if the website owner is linking back to you with nofollow attributes . It does not pass link juice. Only humans will be able to follow this link.

Dofollow links attributes do allow all search engine. When website owner is linking to you with dofollow link. It does pass link juice. That time humans and all search engines are able to follow this link
