Hi Friends,
PPC is a form of Search Engine Advertising and stands for Pay-per-click. Whereas, AdWords is a service provided by Google which helps businesses and organizations to create and display their ads in various search engine and partner sites associated Google.

Google AdWords is an online advertising service developed by Google, where advertisers pay to display brief advertisements, service offerings, product listings, and video content within the Google ad network to web users.
PPC is an advertising model used to direct traffic to websites, in which an advertiser pays a publisher when the ad is clicked.

PPC is Pay per click - this is the method how you get charged. Also called as CPC - cost per click- you will get charged when somebody clicks on your ad.
Adword is google’s tool in which you can run PPC ad campaign.
