The term crawl rate means how many requests per second Googlebot makes to your site when it is crawling it: for example, 5 requests per second. You cannot change how often Google crawls your site, but if you want Google to crawl new or updated content on your site, you can request a recrawl.

Google has sophisticated algorithms to determine the optimal crawl speed for a site. Our goal is to crawl as many pages from your site as we can on each visit without overwhelming your server's bandwidth.

Dear, you can check datewise stats on Google webmaster. And for recent crawl you can put your url in Google search and then take your mouse on the right corner of url. Here you will get 2 options like : cache and shared. Just click on cache here you will get recent crawl details.

Crawling in SEO is the acquisition of data about a website. Crawling is a process by which search engines crawler/ spiders/bots scan a website and collect details about each page: titles, images, keywords, other linked pages, etc. These links are added to next page to visit list.
