There is no hard and fast rule which states that keywords should not be repeated more than three times on a page. In fact, I tend to think the exact opposite: important keywords or keyword phrases should appear at least three times on a page.

Although this is more an inexact science, the general rule is to include specific keywords not more than five times in a standard blog post. Everything else can be considered the spammy reader and a negative impact on user experience

Keyword density is the percentage of the number of times a keyword appears on a page divided by the total number of words in that page. So if in an article of 100 words you are using your keyword 10 times, your density will be 10%. If Use lot of times mean it will make a page to Keyword Stuffing.

Max 2 times, you can repeat a same keyword within content.
