If you meant to link HTML page to another website then, then Hyperlinking method can be used.

Hyperlinks are defined with the HTML <a> tag:

syntax:

<a href="url">link text</a> # replace website url with "url" and add desired text with "link text " section.

External Links are hyperlinks that point at (target) any domain other than the domain the link exists on (source). if another website links to you, this is considered an external link to your site. Similarly, if you link out to another website, this is also considered an external link.
