The conversion rate is the number of conversions divided by the total number of visitors. For example, if an ecommerce site receives 200 visitors in a month and has 50 sales, the conversion rate would be 50 divided by 200, or 25%.

A conversion is when a customer completes the action you want. Conversion rate is the number of times this happens, compared to the number of visitors your website gets. This will give your conversion rate in the form of a ratio, where 1 = 1/1 = 100% (every time you get a visitor they complete the action you want).

Hello. Let's say you maintain a website. Everyday this website is accessed by a certain number of visitors depending on it's popularity. The more visitors you have the higher you conversion is. In order for your conversion to be positive these visitors should also complete the goal of the website, advertising for example. Therefore not all visitors contribute to the conversion rate, only those who for example saw the advertisement and followed the link. There are a lot of tools using which you can calculate your conversion rate in percents https://www.percentagecalculator.co.uk (https://www.percentagecalculator.co.uk/) being one of the best. I use it very often to manage my shop's site.

Hi
The conversion rate is the number of conversions divided by the total number of visitors. As an example, if an e-commerce site receives 200 visitors per month and has 50 sales, the conversion rate could be 25% or 50 divided by 200.
