Instagram 'alt text' is here, and it's a huge deal. If you're not familiar, 'alt text' is short for 'alternative text,' meaning that if your photo doesn't load for any reason, you'll see this descriptive text instead. Alt text is also used for screen readers, which allows visually impaired users to access your content.

1. Upload a photo (if you use Preview app, just send your photo to Instagram as usual)
2. On the Instagram caption page, press “Advanced settings”
3. Click “Write ALT text”
4. Write your ALT text and press “Done”
