Hi Friends,
To start setting up your goals:

Go to your Google Analytics standard reports.
Click on the “Admin” button in the top right.
Click on “Goals”
From one of the Goal sets, click “+ Goal” (goal sets are just a way for you to easily group goals) to set up a new goal.

Setting up goal is very simple. You go to your view section of the admin tab and click on goals. If your priviliges allow you to, you will see a red New goal button.

When you click new goal it will open a dialog. You first need to define a goal. You have available templates you can choose from or custom goals.

Templates are pretty selfexplanatory.

Custom goals allow you to track your own goals.

When you go to the next step you can name your goal. Create your own convention for names and make it intuitive.

Goals measure how well your site or app fulfills your target objectives. A goal represents a completed activity, called a conversion, that contributes to the success of your business.
