How to do SEO for a Website to rank in other countries from your location

I want to be clarified that how to do a seo for a Website to rank in different country locations having different languages as they might have different parameters . For instance , If i have game software company site and wanted to rank in south africa, but i only provide a service not have office there, If i have to mention company details on a Classified available in that country, i have to go with wrong details or what?

Eventhough i neglect classifieds , what may be the other factors i have to consider for this situation to rank . Do i have to change the keywords for that location, have to change site language etc. etc. Suggest me smart ideas.

First you can get the local languages content for target country. you can implement your website for content showing in different language as per the location and ip basis. ( That thing you can implement in development side)

You mean I can get into, only if i translate my website into respective languages and even change my Keywords to that language. Can you clarify what is ip basis, i have change the ip of website or domain or something else.
