I would say from reviews I have seen they are all about the same. If your looking for more one on one though if he needs help with scripts, design or something else find a smaller company

Give a try to all of them. That seems to be the best option in here.

Comparing all those companies, I'd stick to quillhost due to their resourceful plans which are well-supported and low rates.
They offer discounts on their services too which make them attractive for many web masters.

Quillhost.com is the company I'd stick to, inexpensive and resourceful services they have provided with a lot of discounts.
WHT-20OFF is a coupon on their OpenVZ plans.

Pretty much all the companies nowadays come with a money back guarantee. So you are free to explore different companies and pick the best.
On the account of the fact I can suggest you to check marblehost.com web hosting solutions. It can be a perfect place for those who are looking for reliable shared hosting services.

1. Host Gator is the only web host so far that I have yet to see Unlimited plans to do good on. I;m also inducing those Hosts with 500 GB Disk Space and etc as unlimited Host. Neither quillhost or pinella are in the same category.

Hostgator should be compatible with Vista. What they mean by Linux hosting is that their servers run on Linux. I asked a Live Representative and they said this. Hope this helps :D
