If SEO methods do not work on the present working website, I'll prefer to go with social profiles and running Ad campaigns on Social media as well as using Google Adwords to get traffic. ... So prefer Ad campaigns based on website income. Focusing on Traditional Marketing for more business reach.

SEO work is not one or two month work it always take time to get proper applied. and some time if your competition are very much high then it will take 1 year to 2 years. in that case you can go with paid marketing.
