Hi Friends,
As part of your answer, you will want to talk about how you use Google’s web analytics to look at direct navigation, referral traffic, numbers of visits, conversions, time on page, etc. and how you interpret all of that data to measure the effectiveness of your SEO strategy.

Google Analytics/Search Console are free tools that are available to track, monitor and audit your SEO performance. But if you’re looking for a sophisticated tool then there are paid tools available and here the top 4 things to consider before buying,

Features - Every tool have a list of features but not all of them were good at everything. So understand your needs and identify which solves those problems better.

Adaptability - See how simple and easy it is to understand and adapt. Tools can have all sophisticated features, but if it’s not easy to use by the team then there is no point in having one such tool. Check how adaptable the tool is for your team.

Hi Friends,
I would focus on 3-4 main metrics. You can measure them in Google analytics, Search console, Ahrefs or Moz.

1. Organic traffic - how much traffic you get from Google, is it growing? If it’s a new site, you should expect at least 15% growth in organic every month from an agency.

2. Conversions - how many conversions you get from that traffic - it can be e.g. newsletter subscribers, leads, sales, etc.

3. Organic keywords - how high do you rank for specific keywords in certain markets.

4. Domain authority - check if your domain strength is growing - either da in Moz or dr in Ahrefs.

5. Number of referring domains - how many new good quality backlinks there are to your site.
