Do you think it's important to have Website Promotion features on the dedicated servers?
A2hosting has provided them but I don't know if these options are used by the web masters, what do you think?
I ask as I don't know much about that.

I think it's better to promote them separately. For example you could sign up for Aweber and promote them in your control panels.

No, I don't think it is. It is only an extra and could get you some extra clients, but I don't think it would make much difference to most. I agree with Server Point, clients don't make decisions based on this, but based on the service provided. Website promotion is another area, that most will deal with seperately.
