CaseLayer Billing for Cloud is a new CaseLayer product for cloud service providers. It is a billing system containing basic functionalities necessary to effectively sell public cloud resources. It is billing software for cloud service providers.

Company Details -Update company details
Subscription - Subscription Management - you can add new subscription

Exposition with Summary Cart
The innovative order form allows you choose the appropriate server in less than 60 seconds. All parameters necessary for ordering the right VPS are placed on one page. During the entire ordering process, a customer can freely modify individual checkboxes and make sure that he make the right changes.
A customer ordering a server may specify a wide range of its parameters, including, location, operating system, sales plan, additional options.
VPS providers have the ability to add/remove/changes parameters, and the checkboxes to suit their customers’ needs.
The details about the VPS as well as the field with the data necessary to complete the order process can be found on one page.
The order page allows an unlimited preview of the selected parameters and the data entered
Automatic validation of the data entered enables the buyer to avoid errors when placing an order and above all streamlines and speeds up the ordering process.

Summary Cart

The most important part of the Exposition. The Summary Cart is list of yours choices with the total amount due. The Summary Cart contains the following items: the name of the selected plan, billing details: billing cycle, currency, tax rate, tax amount, server details, total due price

VAT EU
In the Exposition you can enter the VAT number and check its correctness by lookup VAT number directly using VIES web service.


Transaction Management has the following options:
Account - The name of the account from which the transaction was made;
Order - Order Name
Payment Method - Indication of the payment method chosen by the Customer
Amount - Order value
Currency - The currency in which the payment was made
ID - Payment ID
Date - Date of payment for the order
Manage - Transaction management e.g. deletion
Search - searching for a transaction according to its parameters, e.g. by payment method

Customer Portal includes:
Start Page - this is the initial page of the Customer Portal, it is divided into a zone for New Customers and a zone for Registered Customers. New Customer Portal is designed for potential customers who want to make their first purchase or just want to create an account. Registered Customer Portal is dedicated to customers who already have an account created and activated.
Captcha Support - it is a security tool that protects against spam sent by bots and against abuse.It is used in registration and contact forms and is intended to verify the user and confirm that the user is a human and not a spammy robot.
Proper Customer Portal

Proper Customer Portal which contains the following options:
Settings - The customer can easily update/change his email address, password as well as his billing details
Plans & Pricing - It allow the customer to quickly view and purchase available plans
Orders - The customer can search and view their existing orders and get to know their details such as: ID, Date, First Name, Last Name, Order Amount, Payment Status, Manage.
Transactions - It allow the customer to view and search their existing transactions. The customer will find the following transaction details here: Account, Order, Payment Method, Amount, Currency, Id and Date.

CaseLayer Billing for Cloud is based on the CaseLayer Application Platform, which has a separate Web Application and CaseLayer API.
