Hi Friends,
Nofollow links are links with a rel=”nofollow” HTML tag applied to them. The nofollow tag tells search engines to ignore that link. Because nofollow links do not pass PageRank they likely don't impact search engine rankings.

Nofollow is an HTML attribute value used to instruct search engine bots that a hyperlink should not influence the link target’s ranking in the search engine’s index. In other words, Nofollow links are links with a rel=”nofollow” HTML tag applied to them. The no-follow tag tells search engines to ignore that link. Because Nofollow links do not pass Page Rank and have no impact on search engine rankings.

Nofollowed links are hyperlinks with a rel=“nofollow” tag. These links do not influence the search engine rankings of the destination URL because Google does not transfer PageRank or anchor text across them. In fact, Google doesn't even crawl nofollowed links.

No follow is a link attribute that instructs spiders not to crawl the particular backlink on the webpage. Hence these links are never indexed in search engines. They are only used to build traffic from various external webpages.

I believe that no follow backlinks has always had value. They can be seen as an authority and indirectly increase rankings.
