Sure you can. Open any newspaper, book, magazine, e-reader. Listen to any radio or TV newscast. Read the billboards along the side of the road. There are limitless examples all around you. But probably what you mean to ask is “How do I write stuff?” So start like this: Find the work of a writer or two whose work you like and figure out how to do what they did. Then apply it to something you write. Then show it to someone who knows the language for tips, critique and maybe some mild grammar lessons.
