Hello,makoo

Core web vitals are related to checking page loading speed of your blog or website pages on desktop or on mobile.these are important because higher page load times results in bad user experience and thus no returning visitors.

Web Vitals is an initiative by Google to provide unified guidance for quality signals that are essential to delivering a great user experience on the web. Google defines core web vitals as "It is a new set of metrics Google introduced earlier this month. Google defines it as “the subset of Web Vitals that apply to all web pages, should be measured by all site owners, and will be surfaced across all Google tools. Each of the Core Web Vitals represents a distinct facet of the user experience, is measurable in the field,
and reflects the real-world experience of a critical user-centric outcome.”

Introducing Core Web Vitals a step towards increased transparency between Google and site owners. Google will continue to add and modify these metrics over the time.To improve the overall speed and performance of your web site, you must hire an SEO
and Internet Marketing Expert who can measure the metrics and improve performance of your website over the search engines.

I hope this will help to you

The Core Web Vitals report shows URL performance grouped by status, metric type, and URL group (groups of similar web pages). The report is based on three metrics: LCP, FID, and CLS. If a URL does not have a minimum amount of reporting data for any of these metrics, it is omitted from the report.
