I would suggest not use back link generator personally, because it posts link to many unknown places which may affect badly your website whereas when you post your links to third party manually you thoroughly before posting. Good backlinks and traffic are the main factors to concentrate to increase DA.

Not safe and it is completely worthless. Free backlinks generators will make YouTube to derank your videos further. My recommendation would be real backlink building service with YouTube Video embed. With this, any good link building expert will rank your videos easily without sanctions.

I believe it was just last month that Google said guest posting will gain you nothing, nada, zero. I personally have a hard time believing that if the content is relevant and value add.
