Hi Friends,
You can have a lot of fun marking getting specific with the addresses, prices, and images of each house listed for sale, depending on how much control you have over the html.

What schema should I use for Real Estate listings? Check the guide of Google to Carousels. Maybe I should just add structured data to the real estate for sale pages as an "Offer" and add generic company schema to the for lease and other pages.

Using Schema.org markup on a real estate website can significantly enhance its visibility and relevance in search engine results. Here's how you can effectively utilize Schema.org for a real estate site:
Property Listing Markup: The most crucial aspect of a real estate website is property listings. Utilize Schema.org's Real Estate Listing markup to describe each property listing comprehensively. Include details such as property type (house, apartment, etc.), location (address, city, state, country), price, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, amenities, and any other relevant information.
Property Types: Different properties have different attributes. Use appropriate Schema.org types like Single Family Residence, Apartment, Condo (https://condopoint.ca/mississauga), Townhouse, etc., depending on the type of property being listed. This helps search engines understand the specific nature of each listing.
Location Markup: Incorporate schema markup for locations using Postal Address to provide precise information about the property's address. Additionally, consider using Geo Coordinates to specify latitude and longitude coordinates, which can improve the property's visibility in local search results and on mapping services.
Availability Status: Include markup to indicate the availability status of each property listing using properties like availability and start Date. This helps users identify whether a property is available for sale (https://condopoint.ca/homeevaluation), rent (https://condopoint.ca/mississauga/condos-for-rent), or lease.
Images and Multimedia: Enhance your property listings with multimedia content like images, videos, and virtual tours. Use Schema.org markup such as ImageObject to provide metadata about images, including captions, descriptions, and URLs. This can improve the visual presentation of your listings in search results.
Reviews and Ratings: If applicable, implement markup for user reviews and ratings using Schema.org's Review and Rating types. Positive reviews and high ratings can improve the credibility and visibility of your listings in search results.
Local Business Markup: If your real estate website represents a real estate agency or brokerage (https://condopoint.ca/newcondos), use Schema.org markup for local businesses to provide information such as business name, contact information, operating hours, and customer reviews.
Structured Data Testing: After implementing Schema.org markup on your real estate website, use Google's Structured Data Testing Tool to validate your markup and ensure that it's correctly interpreted by search engines.
By incorporating Schema.org markup into your real estate (https://condopoint.ca/) website, you can improve its visibility, relevance, and user experience, ultimately driving more traffic and leads to your listings.
