For Search Ads:

Headline-1 = 30 characters
Headline-2 = 30 characters
Headline-3 = 30 characters
Description-1 = 90 characters
Description-2 = 90 characters

For Call Only Ads:

Headline-1 = 30 characters
Headline-2 = 30 characters
Business Name = 25 characters
Description-1 = 90 characters
Description-2 = 90 characters

The character limit for Google Text Ads are currently 30 for Headlines (of which you have the option to use 3), 90 for Description Lines (of which you have 2), and 15 for your Ad Path (of which you can use 2)
