I'd draw your attention to VPS accounts from reliable providers: QHoster.com (https://www.qhoster.com/linux-vps.html) and Legionbox.com (https://legionbox.com/virtual-servers/).
They know what they're doing and they're nice about it when you don't have a clue.

I'm paying half of what I was paying at my other host! Try Hostry.com and their Netherlands VPS (https://hostry.com/products/vps/nl/Amsterdam/) for only $1.
It places high value on customer support and it shows. As long as they stick to their guns on not overselling their servers, I don't think I'll ever be looking for a new web host.

VPS accounts from swissns.ch (https://www.swissns.ch/site/data-center/virtual-private-server/) and libertyvps.net (http://libertyvps.net/) are full-featured and cheap.
They have a brilliant Support team, always there to help. Super easy to use and fully featured.

It relies upon the area as well. Like for my customers in Europe, I propose OVH while those in India, I just recommend HostGator India for VPS for their KVM innovation understanding is outstanding. Likewise, regardless of whether the evaluating is an issue in light of the fact that most customers feel then why not go for dedicated servers or cloud, you have to convicne at times that why VPS is better at this stage.

ANY ticket I submitted had a response in less than 10 minutes and the staff at owned-networks.net were always willing to help work through an issue. The main point here is that if you do need help, it's there for you. Servers are stable and fast, support is very helpful!
