Excessive Links: Too many links pointing to one page.
Low Authority: Use DA or DR to figure this out.
Non-Relevant Links: Links don't make sense for the page.

Hi,
Yes, I use many specific rules to define the quality of links. I will look at following factors before submission :
-Quality of back link(PR, PA, DA must be good)
-Relevancy of the content between 2 sites
-Proper use of anchor text.
-Avoid site-wide links
-Avoid links from low-quality sites.

1) Build links using relevant websites.
2) Use site with high pa and da.
3) Use of unique content.

Dofollow. rel=”nofollow” is a tag added to a link that tells search engines: “Don't count this link as an endorsement.”. Obviously, when it comes to SEO, you want to get normal, “dofollow” links whenever possible. Now that you can know how to size up a link's quality, it's time to start building them.
