Hello, I have searched most on Google but I couldn't find any good guest posting site. Can anyone share how you are doing this?

Determine if the sites on your list accept guest posts. You should start with the obvious places: look at the “Contact Us” and “About Us” pages to see if they mention anything about guest posting guidelines. Some sites will have pages labelled “Guest Posting” or “Write For Us”.

Use Google moderator such as "your topic"+guest post OR +write for us OR +submit post. Just try around few combinations. You will nail some good guest post sites.

Go back to that list. ...
Study their writing and blog style. ...
Create 2-4 titles with a short summary or bullet points for the content you'll propose.

Guest Posting are basically posts or articles on a website which then links back to your own different website, also helping the crawlers to identify the health and status of the website to define the rankings accordingly. Guest Posting websites can be found be your own research as in contacting the administrators of a particular website and asking them to allow them to guest post on their website, or there are many links around the web which provide you with moderate guest posting websites in bulk.

If you aren't get much success with google then I would suggest you to give facebook a try. There are many related groups on facebook which you can join and see if there are some suitable blogs for you which other members have shared on these groups.
