Why my Tracking contact form show separate results for paid and organic search?

Please help me in understanding the difference between paid and organic search ?

where you get "sponsored" label under/beside/above the result it's paid result and rest are organic ones.

It's just filter which shows # of forms filled & user came from paid promotion so that you can analyze it and measure the ad performance.
