After i switch my site HTTP to https, Google hasn't re-indexed my site.
How long must I wait?

Hi,
Google will switch between https and http (and vice versa) without any noticeable link juice loss - as long as the links (apart from prefix) are identical. However if you want to make sure that your links return to http, and not leave it to Google or chance, then a 301 redirect will force the change.

Because if a lot of your links are spammy, low-quality, or have extraordinarily low domain authorities, that's not a good sign to Google. So even if you have a lot of backlinks leading to your website, Google still might penalize you. ... Also, linking to these websites from your own website can hurt your rankings.

Crawl the website.
After the crawl is finished, click on “Client Error (4xx)” on the right sidebar.
Click on a 404 page in the list.
Click the “Inlinks” tab at the lowest part of the ScreamingFrog client.
You can now see the pages linking to your 404 pages.
