Hi,
KEI refers to keyword effectiveness index in SEO, which is one of the best way to find the high and potential keywords. Further those keyword will help you to get more and more high traffic on your website and will definately increase visibility and ranking in search engine results pages of Google. The KEI generally compares the number of searches for a keyword with the number of search results to pinpoint which keywords are most effective for your optimization.

Keyword Effectiveness Index or KEI is a measure to find the effectiveness of keywords in the search engines. It is calculated by dividing the total number of webpages with the total number of searches for a particular keyword.
KEI = 130000/380 = 342.10.
