In my opinion its a definite no. There are many aspects to SEO that you have to take into account like your on page SEO your diversification of your anchor text from your link campaigns and you also need a very good social media set up. Video marketing is a great way to get your customers attention and you can get some powerful SEO links from your youtube videos.

All these systems take time and effort to set up and they are an ongoing process. You can successfully do all these tasks or get a good seo company to do the campaigns for you. Don’t be surprised as you will have to pay good $$$ to get to the top spot in google for your business or niche, some niches are easier than others to rank for.
