You can check the number of inodes in your web control panel. If you can't find it you may ask your web hosting provider.

1) Click the Inode Usage icon.
2) To sort the breakdown table, click either the Inodes header or Folder header.
3) To view the breakdown of a subfolder, click either the folder name or magnifying glass icon.

VPS customers can view the current inode usage from the Virtuozzo Panel, simply click on the Resources icon and check under the disk usage section. The limit is called "diskinodes" and will report how many inodes are currently on your VPS account.

Worthy hosts are: hosting.uk and host4half.com (https://www.host4half.com/shared-hosting-plans.html).
Technical support at them is very quick to get back regarding questions and problems and the team goes into depth to figure out the problem, not just to get me off the line/off chat.

And how to calculate the inodes itself, there may be third-party plugins for Wordpress?
