What is the best way to Image Optimization.

Hey Friends,

I have need some help, I need to compress some images, So for that I visited some Image optimization website.
And on those websites I found some different compression modes (https://imageoptimizer.org/optimize/) and I used them,
and even after using those compression modes, I didn't get the output i wanted.

So tell me some way to us compression modes so that I can get my result.
