Comparing shared plans from rockhoster.com (https://rockhoster.com/web-hosting/) and libertyvps.net (http://libertyvps.net/), which plan is better to sign up with and why?

Give Rockhoster.com a try. They answered all my questions fast and strove to help. Never had any major problems with the service and very little downtime that I am aware of. The service is excellent the speed and reliability of the servers is awesome and the price is more than reasonable.
