We have been using AWS hosting service for our website (https://www.buycustomlogo.com). It normally works fine but there are times when the website just stopped working like it takes time to load, customers face different issues, and server errors. This has happening so much that we are thinking about changing our hosting forum. So my question is can anyone suggest to me another hosting forum that works the same way or can offer the same services that amazon offers us?

Plans from rockhoster.com and cantech.in are good enough to sign up with.
They are, quite simply, the best. All questions are thoroughly answered by knowledgeable professionals and, believe it or not, they get back to you when they say they will.

Hi Jackedwin,

If you are planning to switch hosting provider I would suggest bodHOST- Managed Web Hosting (https://www.bodhost.com/). It offers the same services as amazon with 24X7 support, 99.95% uptime. No server issue, your website will load faster than before. With my old host, I had problems with the resource usage (MySQL queries) but not with bodHOST– they are simply perfect! You get to enjoy technical freedoms at this host you'll find nowhere else. Thanks for a nice web hosting service.

I chose exmasters.com website hosting (https://www.exmasters.com/vps/virtual-private-servers/) service about 2 years ago and they have been all that I could hope for, with absolutely no problems since we moved to their hosting service. Very happy with Them, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

You need to choose a hosting provider who's datacenter is geographically close to your target audience. Also a host that is fairly close to you, since you'll be the one accessing the hosting the most.

I know Hostnamaste.com offers nice website hosting solutions in India, Europe and the USA. I went with them because I needed a dedicated server and their prices were a LOT better than anybody else. Plus, when I called them with questions, they actually picked up the phone.

Shared plans from hostingsource.com (https://hostingsource.com/web-hosting/) and host4.biz (https://host4.biz/en/hosting/shared-hosting/node/9411) (SENXFJ) ate reliable enough to sign up with.
Their customer support is simply outstanding. Quick to be summoned, they solve your problem in no time, and they even offer a little personality. I’m overall satisfied.

As per my opinion, AWS is a perfect choice, however, the price is a little bit expensive.

Web hosting is the generic name given to the business of, well, hosting a website for organizations or individuals. Truth is that it can be done by individuals (e.g. I host a website from home) or by businesses. But that's just the beginning: selecting a truly reliable, affordable, scalable web hosting provider is a daunting and overwhelming task, as there are so many options out there.

Currently your website is running fine, the speed is good. As per my knowledge AWS is the perfect hosting for every website, I can not suggest you any other hosting provider. However, I would like to suggest to choose managed cloud hosting platform where they allow to use different hosting infrastructure such as AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, and more.

If you're facing downtime with AWS, consider DigitalOcean for flexible, scalable cloud hosting with SSD storage, automated backups, and easy scaling. For the best DigitalOcean services, I recommend Devrims.com for reliable performance and support tailored to your needs.

When choosing high-quality hosting (https://vikhost.com/), you should pay attention to such criteria as price, speed, and technical support. Many large hosting companies neglect the quality of technical support. I advise you to pay attention to small hostings that value each client.

Hi there! I’ve worked with clients who faced similar issues with AWS — while it’s powerful, it can get quite complex and sometimes unstable if not configured perfectly, especially for small to mid-sized businesses.

If you're looking for an alternative that still offers performance, uptime, and good customer service but with less technical overhead I’d recommend Oryon. They’re a trusted SG web hosting (https://oryon.net/business-web-hosting/)provider with managed services that are great for businesses looking for reliability without the AWS-level complexity.

They offer:

Fully managed hosting with 24/7 customer support

Fast page load speeds

Strong uptime and security

Daily backups and free migrations

You can check them out here: https://oryon.net/business-web-hosting/

They’re especially great if your target audience is in Singapore or the Asia-Pacific region. Definitely worth a try if you're looking to simplify and stabilize your hosting setup.

Let me know if you want a side-by-side comparison of AWS vs. managed hosts like Oryon!

Yes, we’re also using AWS hosting for our Katoomba coffee shops (https://thehatterscafe.com.au/) website, and we’ve noticed the same problems. It’s like the site takes forever to load sometimes, throws random server errors, and overall feels unreliable especially during peak hours.

We’re currently exploring alternatives like Cloudways and SiteGround. They offer managed hosting with good performance and easier support compared to AWS. Might be worth checking them out if you're looking for stability and ease of use.

Let us know what you end up choosing!
