Looking for Dedicated Server

I'm looking for Dedicated Server, my requirements are as follow :

Centos 5.x 64Bit
cPanel/WHM
500-1TB SATA HD.
16GB Ram.
1-2,000GB monthly traffic.
Remote Reboot function.

Hosting company most allow legal adult contents to.

My budget is around $150.

You're simply not going to find anything in that budget that's truly dedicated and anyone that sells you otherwise is either skimping or limiting other parts of their services or is flat out lying to you, especially if they allow adult hosting (which is typically a bit pricier due to potential legal issues) Do you really need all that hardware all the time? Start yourself off with a good vps and start making some revenue at least then you can see if you really need those specs and what they would cost.

I know nice dedicated server hosting solutions are offered by Bodhost.com and I assume that you will find the best option there. The company has been providing VPS and dedicated server hosting services since 1999, so I think that you can rely on them.

You didn't mention which processor you're looking for. Intel/AMD Quad core (e.g. Q6600) costs much less then Xeon Quad core processor.
I Agree with CodyBane, although I don't know anyone who will give you half a tera space for that space in VPS..

I believe that will be 8 core server. And $150 will not be enough for that.

I doubt you can do with that price.. I don't know anyone like that... I recommend lowering your specs and highering your budget, then PM me and we can talk :) I can look for hosting companies for you. :)

Check out webcs.com. That is one of the best dedicated server provider. I know they offer special prices for very good server configurations now and you may want to check them?
I suppose you will net regret if you give them a try.

You may think of increasing your budget 3/4 times to meet your requirements. The specification indicates that you have heavy traffic, spending something like $500-$1000 should not be an issue in that case.
