How can I exclude Pinterest from Google image results?

It excludes Pinterest from Google Search results (including Google Images) by simply adding the search parameter "-site:pinterest. *" (minus quotes) to the end of a search string. Whether you use Unpinterested or add a new search engine, sites will only be excluded when searches are performed from the address bar.

Open the profile of the person you'd like to block.
Click on the left.
Click Block.
Click OK to confirm.

Use the minus sign (-) to exclude certain words from your search results. Use the minus symbol to better refine your search by excluding words that aren't relevant.

In the search bar simply add: -site: pinterest.com -site: pinterest.co.uk -site: pinterest.com.au before the search term and BOOM: the specified pages are excluded.
