Which VPS is better to sign up with - either KVChosting.net (https://www.kvchosting.net/unlimited-hosting.html) or Scalahosting.com (https://www.scalahosting.com/cloud-servers.html)?

I suggest KVchosting.net because they provide excellent service. The guy on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful.
