We are going to launch an Ecommerce site soon. We are discussing which type of web hosting should we buy that is safe and secure enough.
1. Cloud hosting
2. Managed Cloud
3. VPS hosting
4. Dedicated Server Hosting
5. Shared Hosting

Very happy with my switch to centohost.com web hosting (https://www.centohost.com/web_hosting.php) service. It is flexible, so contact them for further details.
cPanel is excellent, easy to use and navigate. WordPress install also quick and efficient.

Cloud Hosting is the best for hosting eCommerce websites. Unmatched reliability and scalability for business and mission-critical applications. I'd recommend bodHOST for best Cloud hosting services (https://www.bodhost.com/cloud-hosting)

Unmatched High-Level Storage
Business-Class Security
High Performance
Unmatched and Reliable Security
Ensuring Business Continuity

I contact Tzulo.com, their sales rep explained everything and found a really good cloud hosting (http://www.tzulo.com/cloud.html) package for my needs.
Tech support was also responsive and helped with setup. Great plus for their team.

In short, yes, cloud hosting is secure. The above-mentioned risks are mitigated due to various safety features (firewalls, encryption et al.) and external regulations, which allow even sensitive and personal data to be safely stored within the framework of the various cloud hosting providers

The answer is yes. From time to time, cloud hosting became safer and much more economical. Data breaches are now unlikely to happen since its encryption technology are hard to break. Cloud hosting providers are also working hard to ensure you that this will never happen.

In terms of overall security, cloud hosting actually has an additional layer of security. ... Finally, with cloud hosting you have an additional layer of security that protects the virtual network and isolates your cloud hosting environment. However, not all cloud hosts are created equal in their security measures

Data stored in the cloud is almost always stored in an encrypted form that must be hacked before an intruder can read the information. But as an expert in cloud computing and cloud security, I have seen that where the keys to this encryption are kept varies by cloud storage services.
