I would like to find the most reliable place for ASP Mail, ASP Upload, Windows media service.
Have seen that rockhoster.com supports these features within their KVM hosting plans.
Do you think that they can be a good option for me?

What alternative can you recommend me for comparison?

Rockhoster.com is an asset for your business - HIGHLY recommended!
No downtime, fast support and lovely customer service. At the first view - they offer ordinary services, but their approach to each client is really something outstanding.

I am a web developer so I work with all the new technology out there, so I am constantly in need of new plugins installed and account changes. The CloudArion.com (http://CloudArion.com/) customer support is always very helpful and replying extremely fast. I've been hosting with large Web Hosts, and the major problem with most webhosts is customer support and overloaded servers.

My site has high traffic and their speed connectivity is really fast.
I have been hosting with Rockhoster.com (http://Rockhoster.com/) for years and their support has always been great, as well as their uptime and just about everything else.

Press Windows Key + R.
Type %WinDir%\System32\Drivers\Etc into the Run window and click OK.
Open the hosts file with a text editor such as Notepad. Hosts will not have a file extension.
Compare your hosts file with the Microsoft defaults listed below. ...
Save the file.

I can also say that QHoster.com (https://QHoster.com/) is one of the best hosts I've had the chance to test. The service is excellent the speed and reliability of the servers are awesome and the price is more than reasonable, I won't be looking for a new host any time in the foreseeable future.
