Any good solutions for creating Static WordPress websites?

Decided to make a notion on all possible solutions available for creating Static Wordpress sites.
One of my co-workers found Flatsite.com (http://flatsite.com/) - it’s an all-in-one-platform used to create and manage Static WordPress websites.
Could you share your views about it?
Any alternatives?

Log into your WordPress dashboard.
Go to Pages > Add New.
Add a title to your new page and any content to welcome your visitors.
Click the blue Publish button.
Go to Settings > Reading.
Under Your homepage displays, click A static page.
Click Save Changes.
