Would like to know all possible way to make my WordPress site secure from hackers.
Are there any experts who can share their tips here?

One of my co-workers shared these ones:

Create WordPress Sites on FLATsite
Use TLS or SSL Certificates
Utilize DDOS Protection
Implement a Website Back-up

Have you tried FLATsite static wordpress site generator (https://flatsite.com/)? Is it really good solution?
So, could you share your view points on securing wordpress site from hackers?

Thanks.

Check if your hosting provider has SSL and backup recovery mechanism in place. Ask them about the antivirus plugins they use. I know that Bluehost India have an inbuilt daily malware scan happening. Besides, you can also download plugins like akismet to secure your hosting..So check with your provider or if you are buying one, I would recommend Bluehost India for WP hosting.

There are various plugins including Wordfence and iThemes Security contact us at Rubix Host (https://www.rubixstudios.com.au/) if you require additional information. Most servers excluding budget hosting will have premium security behind its servers.

Most of the peopleprefer to develope website in Wordpress becauseit makesour task easy and does not need deep knowledge of it.
We can easily develope websites with the help of wordpress. But the tough task is to secure this application as there are various vulnerebilities. So everyone should take care of its security. We can use Plugins to secure this application but its not enough.
We can secure wordpress website with wordfence plugin (https://hoststud.com/resources/using-wordfence-to-secure-your-wordpress-website-a-complete-guide.904/).

The easiest way to protect your site and be confident about your WordPress security is by using a web application firewall

Hi,

I have a personal blog and I've been confronted with spam several times. I even had my site hacked once...(I was able to recover it but it's always a hassle and very time consuming)

What I advise you is to use a complex password to connect to the website. Then, think to check the backend of the site once a week to update the plugins and your theme if necessary. Because most hacks come from plugins not updated 90% of the time (that's what a computer friend told me)

I also installed wordfence which allows to secure the site even more and to create a firewall it seems. It's the little plus that I think can make the difference in deterring and blocking hackers because since then I haven't had any problems :)

Otherwise, it's better to be safe than sorry, so I advise you to make a regular backup of your site. That way, even if your site is hacked, you can quickly put it back up.

A secure WordPress site does not only guarantee protection against cyberattacks but also helps in building the trust of your customers who shares their sensitive information when they join your website or purchase from your online store. Apart from other security concerns the secure WordPress hosting (https://www.cloudways.com/en/secure-wordpress-hosting.php) plays an important role in website security.

1. Only work with reputable hosts.

3. Disallow file modification

2. Protect the wp-config.php file

4. Gently put directory permissions.

Keeping it updated and using a good web host, if you're really scared throw in cloudflare. Make sure you have SSL.
