What does Listings on Search and Listings on Maps mean?

Hello everyone,

I am looking into everything in my bud's GMB and have some questions please. First I see it showing Complete Your Listing 80% but I am not seeing that. why does it happen ?

Google Local Listings can be defined as the business listings in the map that you usually see at the top or at the middle of Googles first page results. These listings tend to show up when you search for a keyword accompanied by a specific city, i.e. Toronto Lawyers.
