What is meant by duplicate content in H1 & Title ?

1. Don’t use header tags out of sequential order
2. Don’t write vague heading tags
3. Don’t write extremely long header tags
4. Don’t try to use every type of heading on every page
5. To use header tags appropriately, make sure you understand their purpose
