skype not working on godaddy'z dedicated $erver

I have a winzoz server on godaddy with economy plan, why skype can't connect to internet, godaddy'z no_support sais "no support avaiable for application"

not sure why you would be trying to run skype on a remotelyhosted server in the first place.
