What do you mean by keyword density and proximity?
Hello,
"The keyword proximity refers to the distance between the search term's individual keywords. The smaller the distance between a search term's individual keywords, the more relevant it will be from a search engine's point of view."

Keyword density is percent of content that is the keywords. If keywords are listed 4 times and your content is 100 words than you have 4% keyword density. Proximity is how close they are together.
Remember even if you use multiple long tail keywords a few keywords will be larger percent

Keyword density is how many times you're repeating a word in content while proximity shows your keyword similarly with search phrases.
