I would not hesitate to recommend swissns.ch website hosting (https://www.swissns.ch/site/hosting/shared-hosting/)! I've never had a problem with them.
Good support information including knowledgebase and regularly updated system status.

Try accounts from serverhino.com (https://serverhino.com/vps/) and monsterhost.com (https://monsterhost.com/vps-hosting/).

It depends on what your doing with the vps and websites. If your targeting Luxembourg than use the lux hosting site if not than any good vps hosting company will be fine. I like using servers located in country if i make websites for certain countries. If site is for anyone on the internet it does not matter.

Just make sure to look at uptime and if the company has multiple internet and power back up. I also do not use hosting companies that have setup or upgrade fees and you need coupons every time you renew for best deal.

Now I realize that moving my web site to Swissns.ch decent host was a clever decision...
