Its not required thing Google never says the URL length size for seo purpose but its should be around 70 -1115 character length best, there should we need to follow some basic things when we creating a URL.
1. Relevant
2. Short
3. Not contain punctuation ( ;, &, +, *)
4. Not contain dynamic parameters (&)
5. Should reflect the product and services.
