They should have MSN tech support and full system backup.

Is your site just for Pakistan or worldwide. You do not need to host your site in country. You can use a cheap hosting package any place unless you want servers their.

I like using cheap hosting that has no set up or upgrade fees. I also like hosting in countries that have no VAT taxes. I am not sure how good the uptime is in some countries and if your worried to use the site listed look at some other ones first.
