Counting Backlink in Social Media

I have a question in concern to know. Suppose one domain link can submit to social media in different user. Here have any problem counting backlink? Like penalty risk. Please help me to solve this issue.

If you mean you want to have multiple links to your website from social media with multiple accounts. Most sites do not let you sign up multiple accounts for more backlinks. If you can put links in different post that should be fine.
