I use Moz Pro, SerpStat, AHrefs for creating Google sitemaps and webmaster tools for checking my website speed. I use Screaming Frog to crawl my site and see any errors that might have come out. Then I'll do some backlink audits using Majestic SEO, Ahrefs and linkvana.
