Which shared account is better to sign up with - hostchefs.eu (https://hostchefs.eu/web-hosting.php) or hostingsource.com (https://hostingsource.com/web-hosting/)?
Great host. ++++ recommend. Hostingsource.com web hosting (https://www.hostingsource.com/) plans are quite cheap when you figure what you're getting for them.
The host has the team of professionals who know how to keep their services on top.

In today’s competitive internet market, choosing the right web host is essential for any business. Many factors must be considered when selecting a web host, such as price, features, and stability. Here are some tips to help you choose the best web host for your business:
1. Research your options. Before making a decision, it’s important to gather as much information as possible. Compare pricing and features of different hosts to find the best solution for your needs.
2. Consider server size and location. The amount of data your site can handle and the location of your server are key factors in choosing a web host. Make sure you understand what resources are available on each host before making a selection.
3. Consider security measures. A secure website is essential for businesses of all sizes.

See, everyone is different from another. The above-listed hosting providers are the best to sign up but here I would recommend you to go with the eUKhost.
The reason behind, it is the No. 1 independent web hosting solution provider with over 18 years’ experience in providing affordable, reliable and high-performance hosting services from SMB's to high organisations worldwide.
