anchor tags on responsive sites

Hello have managed to get my website .... fully rexponsive but got a problem looks like my linking to sections seem to go to the top of the page obscured by my header (see the jokes pages) is there any easy way to stop this happening?

You should put your website link in signature so people can look at the website and see if the problem is in the code or hosting.
